This flexible Boning Knife from Friedr. Dick's Ergogrip Line has a upward curved blade that's especially designed to remove bones from poultry.

This knife features a hygienic, seamless connection of steel blade and plastic handle. It has an extra wide thumb rest for safety, and a non-slip handle, no abrasion, ergonomic design.
