The design of a hollow ground slicer or “Kullenschliff” in German, with “waves” in the blade and a very sharp edge, creates a pocket of air between slices of cooked meat. There is no better knife for slicing cooked meats. This narrow version is great for London Broil, Pork Roasts, or chicken breasts. Easily sharpened on a steel, this F. Dick Pro Dynamic series slicer is Made in Germany, features a non-slip grip, molded handle, and high carbon stainless steel blade.
