The design of a hollow ground slicer or “Kullenschliff” in German, with “waves” in the blade and a very sharp edge, creates a pocket of air between slices of cooked meat. There is no better knife for slicing cooked meats. This wide version is perfect for slicing Turkey Breast, Roast Beef or Ham. Easily sharpened on a steel, this F.
