Blade core made of SG2 powder steel, embedded in 100 layers of steel of two varying grades of hardness. This ensures a durable edge with incredible initial sharpness and outstanding cutting edge retention.
CRYODUR® ice-hardened blades provide particularly good cutting edge retention, corrosion resistance and optimum blade flexibility.
The Micarta handle (multi-layered material made of linen and synthetic resin) with stainless steel rivets and decorative logo pin is highly dimensionally stable and moisture-resistant.
Non-slip ergonomically-shaped handle for comfortable cutting.
Each knife is a unique work of art with a distinctive Damask pattern.
