The 3-Way Shrimp
Knife: Easy 3 Step Use!
1.
Hold shrimp firmly in horizontal position with the
legs pointing down.
2.
Insert the knife tip into center of the head-less
end (dorsal canal). Push the knife tip all the way
through the body to the tail using a slight upward
motion. Shrimp will be quickly butterflied, the vein
removed, and the knife's off-set teeth will split
the shell.
3.
While holding both knife and shrimp in the same hand,
break the remaining shell at the tail and simply discard.
