PHENOMENAL EVERY DAY, EVERY USE, GO TO KNIFE! The only knife for everything in the kitchen for sure but I reach for it for anything that needs to be cut. Always sharp. Also the kind of business ownership and backing that you wish every business was like. Mainly personal attention to You as their customer. Love Alfi Knives!!!! September 11, 2013 Reviewer: Susan Whitfield from Fairfax, VA United States   These are by far the most used items in my kitchen. Phenomenally sharp.
